Payment is taken securely at the time of order via our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
Delivery is free on all orders to UK addresses. Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days after dispatch. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order and return unused goods in original packaging for a full refund, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full.
Bioethanol fireplaces must be used only with genuine bioethanol fuel, per the user manual. You are responsible for safe use in your home. Always follow the safety instructions supplied with the product.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
